    With Pelya's framework, you generally zip up what is in data, and put
    the zip file into the AndroidData directory (splitting it up if it is
    larger than one megabyte).  This is then moved to the SD card when the
    program is installing.
  3. Hide keyboard rectangle

    Remove the rectangle in the upper left hand of the screen that
    will open an on-screen keyboard when touched

    Added a configuration file for Pelya's build framework.
    Also plucked an icon from the source to use as the Android home screen icon.
  8. Modify various ifdef's for Android

    The upstream source, ri-li, has various ifdefs in utils.cpp which
    set different parameters depending upon if the target is WINDOWS
    (Windows) or MACLINUX (Mac or Linux).  For the definitions given,
    sometimes Android needs the MACLINUX definition, sometimes it needs
    the WINDOWS definition.
    
    We should sort all of this out properly so that it can target all
    systems and integrate nicely with upstream, but I just did a little
    kludge to where it uses the proper definitions and only targets
    Android.  We can clean this up in the future.

    Changed SDL_SetVideoMode to work with this Android SDL library
    Some things are flexible, such as bits per pixel
  10. Remove iostream

    Remove references to iostream header, comment out cerr calls
    
    We can modify this later to send to the log, or the screen if we
    wish to do so
  11. Renamed files from cc to cpp

    Renamed files from cc suffix to cpp suffix as readme.txt suggests
    as it is simpler than mucking with LOCAL_CPP_EXTENSION in Android.mk
