Statie is supporting 2 templating systems at the moment. At cost of big added complexity, mostly in tests and architecture. Basically anything related to templating has to be doubled.

I want to keep developing it, but technical dept makes this un-easy.

As Statie is not really used - in last 4 years just around 15 k downloads - and only website running on Latte is statie.org, I've decided to drop Latte support, so Statie could grop and fully leverage the use of Twig.

If by any change you use Latte in Statie, this tool can help you migration to Twig: https://github.com/Symplify/LatteToTwigConverter

Uh, oh. While I completely understand why you decided to drop the support of Latte, I'd like to assure you there is more than one project using it. Some of them could be found through Github search.

But, this is how it goes... 😃

Side question: how many projects running on Latte would convince you to keep it?

Latte was very annoying to make work standalone + now evolving + Statie being downloaded just 7 times https://packagist.org/packages/symplify/statie/stats, this isn't much of a big deal.

I recommend using LatteToTwigConverter to migrate
