Navigation Bar Overlaps Website

When navigating the website, the navigation bar is always "above" the website, and overlaps content at the top of the page.

The webpage has a "band-aid" fix with a padding-top:64px in Line 21 of index.html.

This is okay, that's a little extra padding at the top of the page never hurt anyone.
