Add a node v25 image for javascript-node and typescript-node

Node v25 released on October 15th. The latest node images are on v24

Hi @KhalidAlansary,
Thank you for your suggestion. Since Node v25 is not yet a stable LTS release, we’ve decided to continue using the current version until the next stable LTS becomes available.
