This PR patches the following vulnerability:

• GHSA-hrw6-wg82-cm62 - related to the jupyter_server package;

This vulnerability comes from the coninuumio/anaconda3 image used upstream for the Anaconda devcontainer.

Changelog:

• Updated Dockerfile

  • Upgraded version for patched python package;
    • jupyter_server - minimum package version has been set to 2.14.1;

• Updated tests to verify jupyter_server minimum version (Minimum package version set to 2.14.1 which fixes GHSA-hrw6-wg82-cm62);
