Events are drawn as if they overlap when next event begins at the same time the previous event ends #108

When next event begins at the same time the previous event ends, the calendar day view "thinks" they overlap, and the events don't fill the whole width (see screenshots below). I changed one line in TKCalendarDayTimelineView's reloadDay method to make it work:

TKCalendarDayTimelineView.m line 253: if ((hourStartPosition + minuteStartPosition) - startMarker <= VERTICAL_DIFF/2) {

(Screenshot BEFORE: http://i.imgur.com/hYtNu.png)

I edited the condition so it has to be strictly less:

TKCalendarDayTimelineView.m line 253: if ((hourStartPosition + minuteStartPosition) - startMarker < VERTICAL_DIFF/2) {

(Screenshot AFTER: http://i.imgur.com/BkTi0.png)
