This pull request adds four new speakers to the DevOpsDays Lima 2025 event, enriching the lineup with diverse expertise in software engineering, architecture, and technology transformation.

Additions to the speakers list:

• Angel Nuñez: Principal Architect at McKinsey & Company, specializing in large-scale digital transformation and resilient architectures across various industries in Latin America.
• Edu Melendez: Staff Software Engineer at Docker Inc., Java Champion, and maintainer of Testcontainers, with a strong open-source background and leadership in the Java ecosystem.
• Michael Ibarra: Peruvian engineer with expertise in resilient infrastructure and scalable systems, having worked with major enterprises and startups in the U.S., now consulting on modern IT systems.
