Update Juiz de Fora event details: comment out CFP section in welcome…

This pull request updates the event and sponsor information for DevOpsDays Juiz De Fora 2025. The main changes are the addition of new community sponsors and a temporary removal of the CFP (Call for Proposals) section from the event welcome page.

Event page update:

• Temporarily commented out the CFP (Call for Proposals) section in the welcome.md file for the 2025 Juiz De Fora event, removing the "Submeta a sua talk!" link from the page.

Sponsor additions:

• Added three new community sponsors (cafe-das-minas, capivaratechjf, and gdgjf) to the event's sponsor list in main.yml.
• Created sponsor profile for capivaratechjf with name and Instagram URL in capivaratechjf.yml.
• Created sponsor profile for gdgjf with name and Instagram URL in gdgjf.yml.….md and add new community sponsors in main.yml
