Bug: Not able to add github creds to set gitops Getting timeout error

I have a proxy environment and I can curl to the internet using proxy curl to github.com/api.github.com is working fine but devtron is unable to save the git creds itself.

Create env with proxy set and try to save Gitops with GitHub creds
