Xidmap in live loader is not completely pushed to badger

Dgraph live only pushes out the xid => uid map to disk when the shard increases in size. It doesn't push all entries before closing and hence the `xidmap` directory can't be reused across different runs of live.

We should force evict everything before stopping Dgraph live.
