reqhash ======= Calculate a hash value over a requirement file. reqhash parses referenced requirements and ignores changes in comments and whitespace. reqhash is tested under Python 2.6, 2.7, 3.2, 3.3 and PyPy. To install under 3.x, you have to use distribute, which is installed by default if you use a current version of virtualenv.
