Using Rails 2.3.9, Ruby 1.8.7 and the pg gem version 0.9.0:

The following error occurs on submitting the new translations:

PGError: ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: ""
LINE 1: ...translations" WHERE ("tolk_translations"."id" IN ('','','','...
^
: SELECT * FROM "tolk_translations" WHERE ("tolk_translations"."id" IN ('','','','','','')) AND ("tolk_translations".locale_id = 2)

commenting out/removing the hidden_field for id solves the problem
(<%= hidden_field_tag :"translations[][id]", translation.id, :id => "#{translation.object_id}_id" %>)

The id field seems to be unnecessary since its always nil as far as i can tell in that context.
