Changed delay to delayMicroseconds throughout the library to get around a bug/issue with the new v0.8.0 release.

Added a new function for setting the firmware version (set_firmware_version) so users can re-set the firmware version in case it wasn't set correctly on initialization. Also lowered the clock speed to 500k.

First Major Release!

The new release doesn't include/break any existing code, but it is now compliant with the Particle library management system, so files were re-arranged as needed.
