This is a HOTFIX patch release to address security issues:
- Vulnerability in PATCH commands (CVE-2023-31138)
- Vulnerability in Personal Access Tokens (CVE-2023-31139)
The following usability issues are also addressed:
- DHIS2-15020: TEI not sorted by registration date
- DHIS2-15093: Performance issue in /analytics
