This doesn't work exactly as expected. There are bugs when mapping or using parameters in the relation. Also, the relation must be wrapped in a sqlAlias() node.
The idea behind `SELECT 1` inside of a count subquery is that it does not require the fetching of data from the table in order to count.
Any :TABLE strings in a cfwheels calculated property will be replaced by the current table alias. This works around the calculated property abiguity problem when only a single table is referenced in a calculated property.
For example, if you had a named scope that returns a sub-query, then calling model("order").select("customerId").subqueryOrderTotals() would only return the relation that the scope was invoked against, not the sub-query relation.
