  1. Enabled passing relation (with alias) into select()

    This doesn't work exactly as expected. There are bugs when mapping or
    using parameters in the relation. Also, the relation must be wrapped
    in a sqlAlias() node.

  1. Improved pagination logic to use `clearOrder()` and `SELECT 1`

    The idea behind `SELECT 1` inside of a count subquery is that it does not
    require the fetching of data from the table in order to count.

  1. Improved mapping using :TABLE placeholder in calculated properties

    Any :TABLE strings in a cfwheels calculated property will be replaced by
    the current table alias. This works around the calculated property abiguity
    problem when only a single table is referenced in a calculated property.
  2. BUGFIX: Named scopes that return relations were still returning `this`

    For example, if you had a named scope that returns a sub-query, then calling
    model("order").select("customerId").subqueryOrderTotals() would only return
    the relation that the scope was invoked against, not the sub-query relation.
