Rounded polygons and paths #36

We have rounded rectangles, but this naturally raises the question whether we can generalize to rounded polygons or even rounded paths. Not sure exactly what this might look like but it could be a nice thing to have.

It would be nice to specify for any path, and sharp corners are always replaced with an inner arc.
Seems like it would be a maintenance headache though. Every path-drawing function would have to account for it.
The only "corner" cases depend on how you specify the roundedness. One
