How to run

1. Use the devcontainer that comes with the repo either locally (requires VSCode and Docker Desktop) or with GitHub CodeSpaces.
2. Accept the installation of the recommended VSCode extensions: DemoTime and REST Client.
3. Start the DemoTime presentation.
