I've been using window functions a lot more frequently lately (because they are magic and awesome). It'd be great to support them in Diesel's query builder. I suspect that supporting them might ease the pains that come from lacking proper group by support as well (since I doubt we can fix #3 until the language provides some sort of change to the coherence rules)
