create a lifebook to show the access domain resource composition example

Have done some work on this but have issues with the livebook, in particular domain inclusion. I want to demonstrate a custom API, but finding it difficult to redefine the Domain using livebook.

attempted to rebase on dev branch resolved merge conflicts but they kept coming back when git works through the whole mess. will probably need to create a new branch from dev.
