With 15 second blocks, we increase by 5760 blocks per day
Currently at 8571730 we have just 74 days to block 9,000,000
I propose we increase this to 9,100,000, giving us 91 days, just for slightly more breathing room
This would put us approx 29th of July (Timezone dependant)
