I created a specific branch for multilingual and language switcher to replace pull request #100 which was on my master branch

  • A flag is shown on the top bar to change language
  • Every specific words of the theme can be translated with lang.toml in the i18n folder

Texte according to multiple language:
- delete /data/l10n.toml
- create folder i18n/
- Modified all occurences of l10n into i18n
- Added the translations in en.toml and fr.toml
Text for multiple languages:
- Modified Readme.md and config.toml accordingly

- Modify all link to *LangURL to accept multiple languages

- Add language switcher in the sidebar
Remove "params.menu" with its "before=true". The order of menu items …
…can be defined with "weight".

This also allow for a translated menu.
Revet for a full multilingual branche
Revert "Add google-scholar and ORCID academic icons for the social menu"
