I think it might be helpful to specify what needs to be changed in order to 'support' Nova 4.

Is there anything that's not working right now?

Nova 4 uses Vue 3 with Inertia.js: https://nova.laravel.com/docs/4.0/upgrade.html#updating-custom-tool-cards-fields-filters

I tried to upgrade the package: https://github.com/goaround/nova-items-field Looks good, no errors, but the components do not show up... If someone wants to debug the issue, feel free. I have no experience with custom fields for Nova for now...

Seems like this is kind of abandoned for now. If anybody is looking for a working Nova 4 version, here is our fork with this PR applied and used in production by us already:
