State of Elixir question suggestions

This article will be updated with the newest questions the survey will include, but once it's empty, feel free to shoot with a proposal right now!
Also, feel free to review the existing questions, adding your thoughts to how we could make them even better!

Suggestion structure:

It'd be super cool (but you shouldn't be obliged to) if your proposal would follow the next pattern:

1. Question
2. Possible answers (it's best to analyze close-ended question responses)
3. Possible outcome from the question. Why do we want to research this particular area? What can be inferred from the question?
4. (Optional) How can we present the answers to the question? Maybe there is a cool visual way of doing this?
