OLD-5601: Add recurring billing (and other related functions) to the PayPal pro payment plugin

Description

The recurring payment functions of the Paypal pro plugin appear to be commented out - and the plugin just processes payments as a standard, one-off transaction.

We need to add the recurring (and trial) subscription features to this plugin.

Not sure why I rejected this.

It appears that the paypal pro is still not processing recurring payments - which is really a pretty basic payment function.
We need to get this added.
