OLD-6137: Paypal Pro - plugin doesn't works for Italy

Description

Paypal pro plugin doesn't works with Italy country (paypalpro service is available from paypal for Italy - https://cms.paypal.com/it/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=marketing_it/pagamenti_sito_web_paypal_pro)
I receive "Your Paypal payment failed. Your subscription has not been activated.The merchant country is not supported. (10565)"

I will wait for bugfix.
For now I'm using paypal webpage. Also this plugin seems to have some problem but I have found it only in sandbox. Infact in sandbox mode seems doesn't update purchase order status after payment but works correctly in normal mode.

OK ... we're going to have to add this to the growing list of issues with the paypal pro payment plugin.
Unfortunately, it looks like this is going to take some significant re-working to update it to work with paypal pro services now.

Yes. Sure. I have uploaded screenshot. You can see error. I receive it when I click on "Complete Purchase".

Actually plugin is configured with sandbox and in Currency setting I have specifed EUR.
Otherwise in paypalpro onepage checkout in "Country" form select field is possible to choose only "United States", "Canada" and "United Kingdom"

I'm contact with paypal support for Italy, and the first thing that I discovery not ok is CMD:

_cart works only PayPal Standard
_x-click --> PayPal Standard
_hosted-payment --> PayPal Pro.
