sp with dplyr

R's sp package with dplyr tbl_df "data_frames".

See file R/AAA_dplyr-mods.R for specifics of the changes made, and demo/sp_intro_dplyr.R for data_frame'd versions of the sp_intro vignette. NAMESPACE and Collate field also modified to pass check.

Documentation not updated yet.

Check passes with a Note and a Warning but otherwise ok.
