This is the source code for the Auto-Associative Unit-Merge Network project, https://www.preprints.org/manuscript/202412.1209.
The software uses the licas jar file. It is only for the parser or logging and should be easy to remove.

The Semeion dataset can be used by adding it to a data folder in the root project directory.
The folder path is declared in the AssocTest file, in the variable dataRoot.
To run, create an instance of UnitTest, set the test config and then call runTest().
