Minor grammatical error(?) on applications page #839

On the applications page of the Discord Developer site, if you have no personal applications you are greeted by the following message:

You don't have any personal apps.
Check out your team's apps below!

This makes perfect grammatical sense if you are in a single team, but if you are in multiple then I believe it should be teams' instead of the singular team's?

Can probably find better wording to fit both cases.

@msciotti "Check out the apps your teams have below" maybe? Using the plural like that sounds more valid when you're only in one team.
