CallFlow Not Found on Inbound Calls #3

It looks like there is an issue with TropoVBX adding the wrong start URL to Tropo's WebAPI.

When you create a new app and attach the number and call it, you get a flow not found error message when you call it.

If you change the starting URL from to this one, it works:
