CMS_APPLICATION_URLS doesn't get page context when application URL has no trailing slash #284

My application, here called "myapp" is attached to a page at "/section/somepage/". When my application uses a URL like this:

/section/somepage/myapp/topic/1

the page doesn't get the proper context - the menus don't highlight properly, the page title isn't found, etc. But, when I use a URL with a trailing slash:

/section/somepage/myapp/topic/1/

...the context works as expected.
