Summary

I just had the thought if it wouldn't be nice to display whether a page is actually just a redirect - in the page tree.

I already started implementing it. However before continuing I would like to discuss the behavior of the feature. It could look like this:

redirect_page_tree

Pretty similar to the other icons.

My questions:

  1. Do you think this is a useful feature?
  2. What would you expect for the tooltip? - Just the word "Redirect" ?
  3. Does it make sense to use the alias icon? I thought it fits actually pretty good.
  4. Would it link to the redirected page or to the advanced settings tab of the page itself?
  5. The redirect could differ, based on the language.
5.1 Should we have an icon for each language version of the page which contains a redirect? (Could clutter the page tree)
5.2 Or should we have just one arrow, linking the the redirect on the current language or advanced settings tab in the current language (see 3.)
