New modern logo

Hi Adam,

This branch is ready to be merged. I wanted to start contributing to this fantastic project by working on the readme, to help attract more users and developers to the project. The logo is designed to flow from left to right, going from the traditional django green, to the blue and purples and pinks, as an expression of going from traditional django to the new world of reactive web components. The wings spread out like individual components, and the tips of the wings are like smaller child components. It's also meant to evoke a little bit of a phoenix to suggest similar ethos to phoenix liveview.

While I know it's good to have the installation process in one place (the docs) I think the GitHub repo is a place where people will judge the completeness of the project and expect a little bit of information on how to get started, without having to visit the docs. So I migrated the basics over to make it easy for people to get started.

Hope you like the changes! And if you merge, I'll definitely keep contributing. Really love what you've started. It's brilliant.

I really appreciate all the thought and work that went into this logo redesign. Maybe this is pedantic, but one worry I have is that adding wings means that it isn't technically a "unicorn" anymore. I am conflicted, though, because I really do like the way the wings look (and the Django pony does have wings), especially with the color gradients. Any ideas about how to keep the same concepts, but maybe without the wings? Or do you think the wings are ok even though it's called "unicorn"?

Appreciate it. Yeah, I thought it was a natural extension of the django pony, but with the unicorn horn. I personally like the wings because I feel like the project gives the developer wings. I mean, it can really take the dev experience to new heights. You can build crazy rich UI without react or vue. And I think the wings express that freedom. If you really want, I can try to remake it without the wings. But considering the django pony has wings, I think we're on brand.

One other thought: can you make the unicorn's horn slightly longer? Thanks!

I tend to call it just Unicorn because my understanding is that using "Django" in the name requires permission from the actual Django organization.
