Streamline use of FabSim3 commands from Python scripts. #127

FabSim is getting a bit bulky for prototyping purposes, which today frequently consists of hacking together Python scripts. A better, clearer and/or simpler Python interface could help with this.

In discussion with @wedeling we agreed to first make a light-weight wrapper library around the command-line instructions. I'll try to have a go at this :).
