Goal is to establish a very basic FabSim3 plugin for the MUSCLE toolkit.

The launcher is there and works locally, but the issues with Eagle are not going to be solved today. I consider this task done for now, but it'd be best to keep it reasonably low profile for now (as key remote functionalities are still in the works).
