Use abbreviated form for PilotJob and virtualenv input args

I think it would be better to use an abbreviated form for PilotJob and virtualenv input arguments instead of the full form

the current name is too long and makes the fabsim command too long

proposed name are

• PilotJob -> PJ

• virtualenv-> venv
