Dashboard time interval is hardcoded to Aug, 2019, which is confusing

Default time interval of dashboard is fixed to absolute dates in August 2019, which is very confusing. I've spent a lot of time investigating why there's no data shown, and finally noticed that time interval is in the past! :)
