Modify gps.conf to specific country

GPSCountryOptimizer APP was developed under eclipse and uses the android-SDK
The App works for minimum 2.3.3 or higher devices and it requires root access function.
Feel free to modify the source and improve it and make a pull request it's always nice to have some feedback or improvements
Also if you want to translate it, look at res/values/strings.xml and translated as your wish...
To make this app run you will need to download a copy of the ActionBarSherlock Library (http://actionbarsherlock.com/download.html)
