Last Wave doesn't play for full length if no name is input in the high score table #156

Build: 0.34 on Windows 10 (64 bit).

In the original arcade game Last Wave plays for longer if no name is input to the high score table. If there are 0 credits the whole of Last Wave would be played. If there is 1 or more credits then Last Wave will play until a new tune is selected. If it times out the first selected tune (Magical Sound Shower) will be played in the game.

In Cannonball if no name is input in the high score table then Last Wave stops playing when the radio selection screen is displayed. If there are 0 credits Last Wave continues correctly. If there is 1 or more credits then Last Wave stops playing and the tune selection screen is displayed with no music playing. I think Last Wave should play until a tune is selected.
