The large code indents cause many problems when preparing a kindle ebook version of the documentation. That is why they are left-justified in the source.

If you wish to shift them to the right, the correct way would be to use CSS to do it. That way, it can be right-shifted for HTML, and not shifted for ebook.

@WalterBright In 2.063, I fixed bug 9155 and the code indents would be stripped correctly in ddoc processing. If there's still some issues, I want to know that.
