Import of std.stdio (std.stdiobase) in dll fails

Description

If you import module from an external dll which has a circular reference on 
"import std.stdio;" the build will fail;


Seems a problem with:

module std.stdiobase;

extern(C) void std_stdio_static_this();

shared static this()
{
    std_stdio_static_this();
}

If i comment out the "shared static this()" the build runs ok.
