Hmm, this passes with LDC but not with DMD:

    assert(slice.ptr == null); // fails with DMD
}

LDC doesn't allocate 0-sized locals.

Looks like it's looking for a v2.100.0 tag in druntime, which is not there? Might be a makefile bug or a hickup in the release process due to a version bump being done too early OSLT.
