Better identify version conflict between dependencies. #1065

If a dependency has its own dependency that coincides with another package's dependency but the version requirements are different. An unhelpful generic message will be displayed saying that "reference X cannot be satisfied". A more helpful message could be displayed instead identifying which packages and versions are in conflict.
