Pull request for the std.uuid module.
I had to add the SRC_STD_4 stuff to the windows makefile as adding std.uuid to SRC_STD_1, SRC_STD_2, SRC_STD_3 or SRC_STD_REST always caused out-of-memory errors in the windows autotester.
