bundle init

Specify your gems in the Gemfile

gem 'selenium-webdriver', '~> 3.2.1'
gem 'cucumber'
gem 'rspec'
gem 'colorize'

Now devs can run bundle install to install those gems instead of copying and pasting from your README.
