Arduino 1.8.1 is no longer supported. Updating to latest (1.8.10), despite the readability issues with Travis CI. Teensy updating to latest supported version (1.48) as well.

Updates the
boards.txt filewith changes introduced in version 1.48, updatestravis.ymlcontinuous integration to use version 1.48, and updates the README to point to the new binaries.This also switches Travis over to Arduino version 1.8.10, bumped from 1.8.1 since 1.8.1 is no longer supported by this version of Teensyduino. This introduces some readability issues for Travis since more recent versions of the IDE have problems with the Travis environment and the Java socket listener. But it's a necessary evil if I want continuous integration to keep functioning.
