VB.Net 4.8 desktop application that utilizes the OpenUV API.

Requires:

OpenUV API key
Elevation settings ((You may also update the Elevation setting manually. In that case, do not enter Elevation keys.) A. Google Elevation API key (Paid Service) B. Elevation-API (Free or Paid Service, depending on resolution you wish to use)
User's location (latitude, longitude)
