Rename colliding variable names #26

If there is a name collision due to #25 we identify duplicates and rename variables. It should be possible to do the renaming with the help of an XPath-parser in XSLT (c.f. https://www.bottlecaps.de/rex/).

Turns out that variables defined as child of schema, phase, and pattern are all global variables. This a schema with a name collision is an invalid schema.
