disabled pages will appear in the search results but link to 404 page #3546

Description of bug

Provide a clear and concise description of the bug.

Steps to reproduce

  1. install dnn latest release and login as host;
  2. create a new page and put a html module on the page with content "Hello World";
  3. edit the page and mark it as "Disabled";
  4. search for "Hello".

Current behavior

the page will display in the search result, but click it will navigate to 404 page.

Expected behavior

the disabled pages should not appear in the search result.
