This PR attempts to provide minimal support for the default bind backend for authoritative servers. It addresses #23.

Providing and managing a bind zone file is left up to the user, only the minimun configuration required to run the bind based backend is provided. There is a small example on the fixtures used for testing.

Btw. if you are interested in a provider that manages bind zone files, we've got one in our t3-pdns cookbook.
