This PR enables continuous integration of the cookbook via travis. It will also show build status on the home page of the cookbook.

therobot added some commits May 23, 2017

Removing dep install from kitchen docker
Since it is not platform agnostic
Installing inspec dependencies in a recipe
Which is added to the runlets in kitchen.yml
Fix a docker chef-run crash
Because it does not have sudo installed
Removing docker only dependencies
They have been moved to kitchen.dokken.yml

I kept installing dig here for rhel since it is
a specific dependency of our tests
Removing tests
They are already covered in the remaining test
suites and the build was too long.
